Services & programs

GlobalJobify provides:

• Software products (AI trading tools, mobile apps, e-commerce)
• Select consulting engagements
• Marketing partner program with formal agreements
• Remote talent pool and developer careers

Partner program

• Partners must sign a marketing partnership agreement before activation
• Partners retain account ownership; access is limited per the contract
• Payouts follow the schedule selected at registration
• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice

Acceptable use

• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate registration information
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users' data
• Do not misuse partner credentials or upload malicious content

Intellectual property

All website content, product code, trademarks, and documentation are owned by GlobalJobify or its licensors unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect non-public business, technical, and credential information disclosed during onboarding or consulting engagements.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Payments

Partner payout terms are defined in the signed agreement. Consulting fees and payment schedules are specified in separate statements of work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobalJobify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting revisions on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
