How you get paid — two tiers
- Interview only (default): GlobalJobify keeps 75% to fund engineers, client English, and ops. You receive 25% — for interviews and call presence only.
- $80K salary → $20K/year to you (25%). We deliver all code and communication behind your name on calls.
- $120/hr contract → $30/hr to you (25%). We invoice the client and route USD to your account.
- You code on the job: split becomes 50/50. You share delivery; we still handle client English and payment ops unless agreed otherwise.
- $80K with you coding → $40K/year to you (50%). $120/hr → $60/hr to you (50%).
- Stack 2–4 interview-only roles: each pays 25% to you. Same interview skill, multiplied income — still zero coding unless you opt into 50/50.
